Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your House of Challah account and associated data at any time. Email us from the address on your account:
We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, payment records for tax and fraud-prevention purposes).
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photo, bio, and contact details
- RSVPs, messages, and event content you created
- Saved payment methods and device push tokens
What may be retained
- Transaction records required for accounting and legal compliance
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you
